Guiness or Pure Genius was our first born foal We were very pleased to see he was still alive as the person who sold him did so without letting us know. He was born in Fort William His mother was Red Arrow or Tigger as we fondly called her a 7/8 thoroughbred. Guiness was broken by the Monty Roberts method by my daughter Fiona who was a riding instructor. I am a midwife and the night he was born I had to escort a lady in labour to Inverness and to pass the time as you do we were chatting and I told her about our delivery and what name would we give him ? As his father was Irish Draught from York she immediatly said Guiness. We loved him dearly and are so pleased to see him again, maybe we could visit.
